1.Sales Manager (Bkk & Samui)
Qualifications
Males / Females
Age 28-35 years
Bachelor degree in any field or higher
At least 3 years experience in hotel sales
Experience with selling boutique 4-5 star properties is essential
Responsibilities
- Work with department head to promote hotel sales incentives
- Attends sales promotion events
- Develop special packages for low-season periods and create activity promotions.
- Maintain current information of competitor’s prices, products and promotions.
- Report customer feedback on selling rates, off-peak rates and weekend packages.
- Development of in resort promotions and activities
- Visiting of sales agents both in Thailand and overseas
- Liaise with online agents team
- Development and maintain of all sales materials
- Management of association partners
2.Sales Coordinator
Qualification
Females
Age 25-35 years
Higher vocational in any field or higher
At least 1-3 years experience in sales coordination and administration
Good computer skill in MS office, Microsoft Word & Excel
Responsibilities
- Taking care all sales suppers & coordination function
- Assist for reservation functions as per assignment
3. E-Business Manager
Qualification
Male/Female
Age 25-35 years
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Experience at least 1-2 years in technical service and in the field of LAN networking
Have knowledge & experience in E-marketing
Have knowledge of web site , Blogs
Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for all IT issues at the group
- Fully responsible for all Blogs
- Fully responsible for website updates , web application , E-commerce, Database
- Fully responsible for all press released to be send to all agents and contacts
- Fully responsible for the results of e-marketing
4. Online Sales
Qualifications
Male/Female
Age over 25 years
Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field
At least 1 year experience in online salesal
Responsibilities
- Helping E-Business manager in various activities and planning
- Fully responsible for company website agent and business partner website both of local and oversea
- Establish and increase contacts and data base
- Positioning product & competitor survey
- Develop customer and website operation
- Development of in resort promotions and activities
- Develop agent website
- Promotional activities and action plan in agency website
- Coordinator’s activities with properties and sales office in BKK
- Update website with Agent
5. Marketing and PR Manager
Qualification
Female
Age over 28
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Communication or related field
At least 3 years experience in hotel industry
Good command of written, spoken in English
Good personality and presentation skills
Computer skill in MS office, Microsoft Word & Excel
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop promotion and communication strategies for all properties
- Support business development plan
- Build positive media & public relation
- Implement marketing activities and support business development plan
6. Office Administration
Qualification
Male/Females
Age over 25 years
Bachelor’s degree in related field
At least 3 years experience in HRM and/or HRD
Good computer skill in MS office, Microsoft Word & Excel, power point or presentation program
Good command in English is preferable
Service minded and ‘can do’ attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage general documentation and administrative tasks for HR, Admin & Purchasing
- Take responsibility for contact with suppliers
- Issue purchase requisition and purchase order
- Maintain and improve suppliers data
- Provide and prepare stationery, telephone, mobile phone, fixed asset and extension number
- Handle and inspect office utilities and general environment
- Facilitate assigned tasks and conduct related report
- Take responsibility for all basic HR function such as recruiting, hiring etc.
- Coordinate with HR at resorts.
- Support and assist to Group HR & Admin manager
- Able to handle pressure in meeting deadline and to perform a variety of task
7. Financial Controller
Qualifications
Self motivated, enthusiasm, able to learn and grow in the organization
Age over 35 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Good command in written and spoken in English
Ability to travel to resort locations from time to time
Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature
Have experience as Chief Accountant in Hospitality Industry is preferable but not essential
Familiar with Amadeus and Carmen System is preferable
Responsibilities
- Establish standard operating procedures within accounts departments
- Liaise with banks and shareholders
- Review and management of overall group cash flow positions
- Review and monitoring of operating budgets for the group
- Recruitment and training of senior accounting personnel
8. Accounting & Finance Manager
Qualification
Self motivated, enthusiasm, able to learn and grow in the organization
Age over 30 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Good command in written and spoken in English
Ability to travel to resort locations from time to time
Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature
Familiar with Amadeus and Carmen System is preferable
Responsibilities
- Implementation of standardized accounting system and processes in the resorts
- Audit of resort accountings
- Audit and submission of monthly reconciles accounting to HO management
- Supervision and management of AP and AR for resorts
- Cash flow management of resorts
- Assist resorts in resolution of accounting problems
- Assist resorts in resolution of accounting system problems
- Coordination with banks , government departments and insurance companies as required
9. Resort Manager
Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Business or a hotel industry-related post high school qualification
Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior management role with a 4 or 5 star hotel
Strategic thinking character, ability to translate and communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
Strong guest relations skill
Proper knowledge of Sales & Marketing
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Good account and budget skills with proven ability of achieving targets in similar surroundings
Team player with problem-solving skills
Age between 35 and 55 years
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of daily operations including management of around 50-60 staff at 5 stars property in Samui
- Sales and Marketing as well as Internet exposure
- Hands-on guest relations throughout the property
